The Congress also provides numerous opportunities for professional networking with a view to exploring new and innovative projects. It will feature a wide range of nursing innovations and initiatives that have resulted in improvements in patient outcomes and the health system in general.

Participation as a delegate of the Congress offers outstanding educational and networking opportunities. Participation as a sponsor of the Congress offers excellent promotional opportunities to your company and acknowledges the high regard in which the community holds nursing.

The Congress attracts nurses worldwide who are interested in furthering their professional practice and competency. It also receives strong patronage from Western Australian nurses and decision makers actively engaged in clinical practice.

The 2009 Congress follows the enormously successful events held in 2003, 2005 and 2007, all attended by more than 340 delegates, 260 of which were from WA. 11 different countries were also represented.

I look forward to a memorable Congress for all involved.
